WARRANTIES

Sellers products are carefully inspected for manufacturing defect; however, it is not always possible to detect hidden defects. Said products are warranted only to the extent that the seller will replace without charge, products proved to have manufacturing defects within 90 days of the date of delivery thereof and provided. Seller has been given an opportunity to inspect the products alleged to be defective and installation of use thereof.

NO WARRANTY IS INCLUDED AGAINST ANY EXPENSE FOR REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT. THE WARRANTIES SET OUT ABOVE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limited Warranty on TBA Cabinets and Vanities

TBA LLC (warrantor) warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that all products manufactured or supplied by warrantor will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of purchase. (Proof of Purchase required).

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accident, misuse, dirt, water, tampering, un-reasonable use, improper installation, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes. If the product exhibits such a defect, please call TBA LLC (800 626-3525) or write with a description of the defect. TBA LLC will, at their option, provide repair or replacement parts or replace with a functionally equivalent product. Such repair or replacement parts or products shall be at warrantor's expense, but consumer shall bear all other expenses, including but not limited to, cost of removal, transportation, re-installation, communication and any special service requested by you such as overtime labor, etc. Repaired or replaced items carry only the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Natural woods vary in color and grain pattern and exhibit color change over time. Cabinets may darken or lighten with age due to exposure to certain environmental conditions including but not limited to, sunlight, moisture, household cleaners, smoke, etc. These variations are considered the natural characteristics of the material and are not covered under these warranties.

TBA LLC shall not be liable for either its failure to perform or its delays in performance hereunder arising out of or resulting from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of Representatives, acts of Government, wars, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine, freight embargoes, weather or default by suppliers due to any such causes.

Except to the extent provided by applicable law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the period of this warranty, and under no circumstances shall TBA LLC be liable for incidental damages sustained in connection with the product. The express warranty above constitutes the entire warranty and is in lieu of all others expressed or implied.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
