TBA PARTS AND RETURN POLICY

There is a 10 day window, from the date orders are received, that orders will be eligible for return due to any order discrepancy. (ie., if the order shipped differs from the order placed in any way.)

This ten day window is also in effect for any product that is noticeably damaged when it arrives. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier. If you do accept a damaged order, please inform us immediately.

There is now a 30 day window for the return of merchandise with hidden damages. That is, merchandise whose packaging would not lead you to suspect any damage had occurred.

To return any merchandise to TBA, you must first get authorization from our credit department. Effective now, any merchandise returned without authorization will not be credited to the customer's account. AUTHORIZATION FOR ANY RETURN IS CRUCIAL TO GETTING A CREDIT.

All authorized returns that are not due to manufacturing or shipping defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee. While TBA has previously been rather lenient in enforcing this restocking fee, we are getting too many returns due to improper planning for orders placed. So many, in fact, that we were forced to choose between raising our prices and implementing a restocking fee. Rather than raising all costs for every customer, TBA has chosen the restocking fee as the most fair and reasonable option. Please place your order with consideration of this fee.

Due to overcrowding in our warehouses, TBA will not accept the return of special order merchandise. If the item is not something that TBA normally carries in stock, the item is not eligible for return/exchange.

TBA is in the process of redeveloping the parts and returns department; we have hired additional employees for the department and are implementing more efficient procedures to better your customer experience. We would like to stress our parts department to any customer who will have simple fixes for the product with a replacement part. This department is continuously developing and is becoming more thorough by the day. Please check with our parts department for any replacement merchandise!
