What is prepaid shipping and how does it work?
With prepaid shipping, TBA pays for the shipping of merchandise when a minimum freight requirement is met. This minimum freight requirement is determined by the shipping destination location. The following mileages are measured from TBA’s Louisville, Kentucky distribution center to the shipping destination:

What is a fuel surcharge? And what are the rates for fuel surcharges?
Fuel surcharge is an extra charge by the carriers due to the excessive costs for diesel gas. TBA’s fuel surcharge is determined by shipping destination location in the same fashion that prepaid freight:
